TLDR: I was told that these were the best tacos in the area. They were fine at best. Food: I feel that all the tacos share this feeling of "it's okay." The flavors were there, but I remember having significantly better tacos elsewhere within the same areas at a similar price point. The double tortilla is good for keeping your hands relatively clean, but I don't know why people say this place is the best. Ambiance: Parking is gonna be hard here, and the restaurant has a very help-yourself feel. The place would probably hold 50 people, but I wouldn't say this place is an eat and stay for hours kind of place. Order, enjoy your food, and find some place else to chill. Service: The staff are only responsible for taking your order and making your food. I have no issues with that.

These are some of the best tacos I ever had they are so good with their salsa. The asada tacos are the best in my opinion. The service there is also very good they treat you with respect. 10/10.

Underrated spot, Sure the service isn't the friendliest but she wasn't rude either. The tacos are delicious especially their birria. What I like is that they ACTUALLY put meat on the tacos and aren't stingy with their salsas.

Begun as a Food Truck, but now brick-and-mortar with four locations in Santa Ana, Tacos Y Birria "El Guero" has been offering a taste of Michoacán in Southern California since 2002. Owned by Rosalba Flores and Auden Lucarero, their location on West Edinger Avenue frequently sold out of signature Birria de Chivo by noon, guests line up in a space nearly exclusively operating in Spanish where counter-orders are followed by a brief wait with trays called out by number. Priced appropriately for Orang County, $3-$4 per Taco, options include juicy Suadero or crisp Tripe loaded onto double Corn Tortillas, though the best bites come from fragrant Al Pastor and soaked Goat Meat sandwiched by melted Cheese.

These were probably the best tacos I've ever had. The tortillas were perfectly crisp and the meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy. Paired with their salsas and side radishes, cilantro and lime, everything just came together to create a perfect medley of flavors and textures. Me and my friend don't speak any spanish at all and most of the workers were calling out the order numbers in spanish, but the other customers were super super friendly and helped us out! It was bustling and busy when we went, but we got our tacos in no time at all!

These are really tasty tacos. Meat ratio is perfect. Salsa game is a solid 7. Eating in there in the summer is like eating inside a sauna. They keep failing their inspections which isn't great. Lady tacing orders is very nice and employees generally provide good service.

Ordered birria, lengua and buche tacos with cilantro and onions. Ordered the tacos enchilados and quesadilla with carnitas. The lengua was soft and flavorful but could not tell the difference flavor wise between birria and buche tacos. Was expecting the consume to be flavorful and present. Did not like that all 6 tacos were pulled up on one another, usually 4 is good. The tacos enchilados with carnitas was very flavorful and the sauce dipped shells were great. The avocado salsa was delicious and had a nice kick to it. Not spicy at all. Quesadilla was ok, a bit bland and lots of hard tortilla. The place was clean enough but could use cleaning up high and in the lights, plus the staff were friendly. My only complaints are no prices on the menu. Had I known that my quesadilla would be $10.98 I would not have gotten it. Way too over priced. The tacos were ok priced for what you received. I wish they had salsa verde in addition to green sauce. The parking lot is small and shared with other businesses. We did enjoy the food and will probably be back.
